X Factor finalists ready for 'life-changing' show

Girl group Little Mix, who originally entered the competition as soloists before being made into a group, said that it would be "lovely" to win because a group has never won the competition.

It was also revealed that The X Factor finalists are teaming up with their mentors on stage this weekend for the final.

Kelly Rowland and Amelia Lily will duet on the soul classic River Deep - Mountain High, while Tulisa and Little Mix will perform Alicia Keys' If I Ain't Got You and Empire State Of Mind.

Gary Barlow said that he had planned the duet of Billy Joel's She's Always A Woman so finalist Marcus Collins would get the limelight.

This year's competition will end with performances by Coldplay, Leona Lewis, JLS and One Direction.
