Radcliffe, who could not attend the London press conference because he is appearing on Broadway, said the eighth and final film was the best yet.
?I?m so thrilled with the film. I think of it as being light years ahead of any of the other films in the series,? he said. ?Part 1 was great but in terms of quality this is the best film we have ever made. I?m thrilled we?re going out on this positive note.?
The 21-year-old actor said working on Harry Potter films for the past decade had given him some amazing experiences.
?I will miss getting to do some of the stuff I get to do as Harry. I?m not naturally an action hero so it?s kind of a gift for a young actor. I got to do a 40 foot freefall when I was 14! I got to burst out of the water surrounded by a ring of fire! I will never get to do that again.?
Of his co-stars, Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) and Emma Watson (Hermione Granger), Radcliffe said: We?ve spent 10 years of our lives together. I do think the bond between me and Rupert and Emma is pretty unbreakable. I will miss them both very, very much but hopefully we will find something to work together on.?
