The temperature hit 110 degrees in Dallas this week ... and residents couldn't have been HAPPIER because the heat compelled legendary Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman to take off his shirt. The 44-year-old Hall-of-Famer was spotted on a topless jog in his neighborhood this week ... revealing a pretty SHREDDED physique.
One resident who witnessed Aikman in action tells us, "We are experiencing the hottest week ever... the man must be made of steel."
