To recap, back in August we learned that Lindsay Lohan was filing a lawsuit against Pitbull because she needed some cash over the following "defamatory" lyric from his song Give Me Everything:
"Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein, keep flowin' I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
