Justin Bieber's run-in with a plainclothes NYPD officer on Thursday ruffled some feathers -- but BIebs and mom Pattie Mallette told our photog last night at LAX ... no hard feelings.


Our law enforcement sources tell us Bieber's security was kinda jerky in the way they handled the the whole thing.
